Simplifying Logistics with Technology - Case Study
Delivering end-to-end trucking services and modernizing logistics for the alcoholic beverage industry in India.
I was tasked with designing a digital solution for a logistics company. The main challenges were the lengthy process of contacting multiple organizations for quotations—often taking several days—and the reliance on physical freight documents such as receipts and slips, which required significant time and resource management.
I began by conducting thorough research to understand how logistics operations worked and identify the major pain points in the existing process. After brainstorming ideas with the team, we sketched initial concepts and developed a low-fidelity prototype, which we then tested with stakeholders and end users.
Through multiple rounds of testing, we gathered valuable insights into what needed improvement, what was missing, and where users experienced confusion. Based on this feedback, we iterated on the design by introducing new features and refining the overall user experience. Each iteration brought us closer to our goal, and through continuous improvements, we ultimately delivered a solution that not only met but exceeded expectations.
